The technology includes an advanced DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) design and special intake and exhaust systems to optimise the combustion process. What's more, Yamaha's EFI system, working in partnership with a micro-computer, analyses and adjusts the fuel/air mixture, for outstanding fuel efficiency.

PrimeStart™ ignition and many other unique features – like Yamaha's Y-COP remote security and our Wide Range Power Trim & Tilt system –make this engine a real pleasure to use.
